The amenities available at the club are:

Tennis, Shuttle, Billiards, Table Tennis Halls: The building complex has big halls for sporting activities like Shuttle, Badminton, Table Tennis and Billiards. It has a Tennis stadium that had hosted many national and international matches in the past. National tournaments in contract Bridge, Billiards and Shuttle were also conducted.

Gym, Health Club, Beauty Parlour, Library: Success knocks the door of one with a healthy mind and a beautiful body. The I.B.P. Century Club's gym has modern equipments to keep one in great shape. The health club conducts yoga and other such programmes that calms one's body and mind. The beauticians of the parlour are well acquainted with the latest changes in the world of beauty and can match with the standards of the best parlours in the city. The library is a treasure trove of books. It houses books on literature, fiction, cookery, beauty, travelogues, business and many more. The club also has an internet café to wander into the cyber world.

Ladies Lounge, Family Restaurant, Children Park: The I.B.P. Century Club has a canteen and family restaurant for the convenience of members and families to have lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. These are supplied at subsidised rates and also on credit. The children park keeps the tiny tots busy while the ladies at the lounge get to know the latest buzz on the grapevine.

AC Guest Rooms and Senior Citizens Recreation Halls: Nearly 300 members are availing the facilities of Senior Citizens Recreation Halls. They spend their time relaxing and rejuvenating mind and body.

Open Air Cinema Theatre: The club has an Open Air Cinema Theater strictly for members to view family movies on every Saturday. Considering all aspects, the Government of Andhra Pradesh in G.O.Ms.No.243 Home (GNL) Department dated 15-04-82, has granted certain exemptions under Cinematograph Act of 1955. Only nominal annual license fee is being paid for license purpose.

AC Centurion Bar & Roof Garden: The I.B.P. Century has a bar for the members to enjoy a drink in the evenings. Considering the nature of the club and its functioning, the State Government Excise Department has granted bar license by collecting a nominal fee as compared to public hotels, bars and restaurants.
